Carb Loading....

..... is so much more fun than carb depletion.

However I'm not sure if chocolate truffle cake is strictly carbs, nevermind, it was nice.

This evening's plan was to fiddle with the bikes a bit, but kind of went out the window when I joined some colleagues for food. On the plus side I managed to buy some blister plasters. Final getting stuff together, load up the car first thing tomorrow then head north after work.
